I am Maddy Green, an Artist based in Leadville, Colorado. Ever since I was a child I always loved making art. In 2025 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer at age 28 and thrown into permanent surgical menopause.

The mountains and high desert keep me company though my journey. They demand nothing and have no expectations. They’re just quietly there, a place for peace and solitude, even in my hardest moments.

Creating is both a distraction and a way to sit with and process my feelings and fears.
